Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
