Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
• We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for domestic and international shipping.

Domestic & International Shipping

• U.S. Shipping: Available to all 50 states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• International Shipping: Available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
